Mr. Benny O. Barnhill, age 75, passed away on October 29, 2026, at his residence, surrounded by his loving family. Benny was born on January 3, 1951, a son of the late Jessie Pearl and Lessie Lucille Holt Barnhill. In addition to his parents, Benny was also predeceased by his daughter-in-law, Tara Holmes Barnhill; one brother, Jack Barnhill; and four sisters: Daisy Barnhill, Audrey Jones, Susan Johnson, and Rebecca Barnhill. He was a member of Mt. Trolly Freewill Baptist Church. Benny enjoyed Carolina Gamecock football, dirt track racing, fishing, hunting, gardening, and his animals. His family was his greatest love, especially his grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Benny is survived by his wife: Mrs. Debi Barnhill; two sons: Jessie Barnhill (Lisa) and Janson “Jan” Barnhill; one daughter: Sabrina Barnhill Bailey (Jimmy); four grandchildren: Austin Barnhill (Rebecca), Braxton Bailey, Lily Bailey and Colby Cox; one brother: Jerry Barnhill; and three sisters: Alice Hardwick, Annette Graham and Amy Frommer. Visitation for Benny will be held Saturday, October 31, 2026, from 10:00-10:45 AM at Mt. Trolly Freewill Baptist Church. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 AM with the Rev. Marty Cox and Rev. Timmy Hodge officiating. Burial will take place at the Barnhill Family Cemetery. Memorials can be made in Mr. Benny’s name to Mt.
