Mrs. Betty Jo Hucks, age 76, passed away September 23, 2017 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. Mrs. Hucks was born January 20, 1941 a daughter of the late Joseph Daniel Howell and the late Lula Rebecca Hearl Howell. She was a member of Faith Baptist Church and was predeceased by her husbands, Henry Gasque and Dolphus L. Hucks, and five brothers, and one sister. Mrs. Hucks is survived by two sons, Dolphus Scott Hucks (Bridget) of Nichols, Glenn Gasque (Deborah) of Aynor, two daughters, Denise Rabon (Eldred), and Nanette Thompkins all of Aynor, four brothers, Aaron Howell of Georgetown, Amos Howell of Myrtle Beach, Malachi Howell and Fred Howell both of Conway, one sister, Francis Cook of Conway, six grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.

VISITATION

Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 PM Tuesday September 26, 2017 at Johnson Funeral Home of Aynor.

FUNERAL SERVICE

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday September 27, 2017 at Faith Baptist Church with the Rev. Tereyl Prosser officiating.

BURIAL

Burial will follow at Salem Baptist Church Cemetery.
