Mrs. Carlie Sue Hilbourn, age 63, passed away at Conway Medical Center on August 18, 2023, with her family by her side. Mrs. Carlie was born June 20, 1960, a daughter of the late Carl A. and Pearline McCracken Peavy. In addition to her parents, she was also predeceased by one brother: Dale Peavy; her maternal grandparents: Herbert and Gracie McCracken and her paternal grandparents: Dan and Maude Peavy. Mrs. Carlie will be remembered as loving mother and grandmother. She enjoyed playing the piano and singing. Mrs. Carlie is survived by three daughters: Adicha Williams, Janice Pearline Hilbourn (Chad Tyler), Chelsey Teresa Hilbourn; two grandchildren: Allison Johnson and Berkley Keaton Williams; one sister: Tammy Roberts (Henry); one niece: Courtnie Peavy; and four nephews: Dustin Peavy, Ryan Peavy, Kyle Roberts and Skyler Roberts. Visitation for Mrs. Carlie will be held from 5:00-7:00 PM Sunday, August 20, 2023, at Johnson Funeral Home of Aynor. Graveside services will be held 11:00 AM Monday, August 21, 2023, at Rehobeth Baptist Church with the Rev. Billy Phillips officiating.
