Mrs. Carolyn Baxley, age 84, of Galivants Ferry, went on to be with her Lord and Savior Friday, September 18, 2020.  Mrs. Baxley was the daughter of the late James and the late Minnie Barnhill Hughes.  In addition to her parents, Mrs. Baxley was predeceased by her husband, Mr. Eugene Baxley; two brothers: Donald Hughes and J.M. "Bo" Hughes; one sister: Marvidean Frye; and one son in law: Joey Fleming.  Mrs. Carolyn was a member of Mt. Herman Baptist Church. She is survived by two sons: Ken Baxley (Damaris) of Aynor, Jimmie Baxley (Sheila) of Galivants Ferry; one daughter: Annette Fleming of Conway; five grandchildren: Brox Baxley (Bree), Adalyn Harrelson, Braxton Fleming, Jena Baxley, and Bryce Baxley; five great grandchildren: Drake Harrelson, Kensley Harrelson, Brinkley Harrelson, Haisley Harrelson, and Brighton Baxley; two brothers: Billy Hughes and Glenny Hughes; and one sister: Bernice Bryant.   A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, September 20, 2020, at Mt. Herman Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Jimmy Floyd officiating.  Memorials may be made in Mrs. Carolyn Baxley's memory to Mt.
