Ms. Deanna Phipps, age 83, of Loris passed away Sunday, June 16, 2024, at Loris Rehab and Nursing Center.  Ms. Phipps was the daughter of the late Hopkins "Bud" Dock and Margaret Hucks Phipps.  Ms. Phipps was a huge South Carolina Gamecocks fan.  Ms. Phipps is survived by two brothers: Dennis E. Phipps (Linda) and Kenneth H. Phipps.  A graveside service will be held 10:00 AM Wednesday, June 19, 2024 at Bayboro Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Wendell Ray officiating.  The family will receive friends following the service at the graveside.
