Rev. Dock S. Rabon, age 87, husband of Mrs. Mary Jane Graham Rabon, passed away at Conway Medical Center August 15, 2017. Rev. Dock was born June 28 1930, a son of the late Mayberry and Hettie Lee Rabon. Rev. Dock pastored at Camp Branch, Myrtle Head, Lawndale, New Home, and was the current pastor of 43 years at Pleasant Union Baptist Church. He was a veteran of the United States Army, a retired farmer, and past owner and operator of the Service Farm Supply. Rev. Dock was a man of great wisdom that loved his family and his church dearly. He was predeceased by one daughter, Pam Rabon. In addition to his wife, Mrs. Mary Jane Rabon of the home, Rev. Dock is survived by one son, Ronald D. Rabon (Joyce), one daughter, Pat Rabon (Junior) all of Aynor, four grandchildren, Michael Rabon (Angela), Page Godsey (Tony), Chase Rabon (Jennifer), Landon Ray (Heather), and four great grandchildren, Tony Godsey III, Emme Godsey, Cole Vaught and Caleb Rabon.

VISITATION

Visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 PM August 17, 2017 at Johnson Funeral Home.

FUNERAL SERVICE

Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM Friday August 18, 2017 at Pleasant Union Baptist Church with the Rev. Ragsdale Allsbrook and Rev. Larry Johnson officiating.

BURIAL

Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
