Mrs. Donnie Ruth Hardwick, 76, wife of the late J C Hardwick passed away Saturday October 4, 2014 at Mcleod Hospice House surrounded by her family. Mrs. Hardwick was born April 19, 1938 a daughter of the late Clarence William and Irene Hatchell Hayes. She was a member of Evergreen Freewill Baptist Church and Johnson Funeral Home Grieve Support Group. Surviving Mrs. Hardwick are three sons, James "Carroll" Hardwick (Debbie) of Aynor, Ricky Hardwick (Debbie) of Conway, Jeffrey Hardwick (Karen) of Socastee, two daughters, Pam Dyson (Stan) of Aynor, Shanda Allen (Al) of Aynor, one brother, C W Hayes (Kay) of Marion, two sisters, Norma Jean Kyle of Dayton, Ohio, Doris Turner of Marion, eight grandchildren, Jason, Michelle, Steve, Jennifer, Dixie, Chad, Joey, Meagan, and six great grandchildren, Audrey, Brittany, Gage, Charlie, Brenn, Caleigh.

Visitation will be held Monday October 6, 2014 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Johnson Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday October 7, 2014 at Evergreen Freewill Baptist Church with the Rev. Kevin Johnson and Rev. Tony Miles officiating. Burial will follow at Aynor Cemetery.
