Mr. Donnie Dewayne Patterson, age 75, of Florence, SC passed away Friday, November 24, 2023 at McLeod Regional Medical Center of the Pee Dee.  Mr. Patterson was the husband of the late Mary Page Patterson and the son of the late Coy and Lois Thrasher Patterson.  Mr. Patterson was a member of Peace Freewill Baptist Church in Florence, SC where he loved to sing and praise his Savior.  He enjoyed fishing, yard sales, flea markets, fixing computers, and just picking through things.  Mr. Donnie will be remembered by his family as being a loving husband, father, and grandfather.  Surviving Mr. Donnie are two sons:  John Patterson of Buffalo, NY and Wilson Sellers (Evangeline) of Lamar, SC; one daughter: Mary Patterson of Tuscan, AZ; four grandchildren: Jeffery Eder, Jacob Sellers, Greyson Mahar, and Taylor Patterson; one brother: Delbert Patterson; and one sister: Charlene Patterson.  A graveside service will be held at 2:30 PM Sunday, November 26, 2023 at Aynor Cemetery with Pastor JD Nuwland officiating.  The family will receive friends following the service at the cemetery.
