Mr. Edward Milan Skiba Jr., age 58, of Whiteville, NC passed away Friday December 9, 2022 at Lower Cape Fear Life Care.  Mr. Skiba was the son of Lynda K Evans Skiba and the late Edward Milan Skiba Sr.  In addition to his mother, he is survived by one daughter: Rebecca Skiba; two brothers: Raymond Skiba and Craig Skiba; and one sister: Tracy Schissler.  No services are planned for Mr. Skiba at this time.
