Mr. Elder Earl Johnson, age 76, passed away Wednesday, August 5, 2020.  Mr. Johnson is survived by his wife of the home, Patricia "Pat" Johnson.  He was the son of the late Sam Mace and Eula Rabon Johnson.  Mr. Johnson was predeceased by five brothers: Carlise Johnson, Dayton Johnson, Fred Johnson, Windell Johnson, and Edward Johnson; one sister: Irene Jones.   He was a member of Pleasant Union Baptist Church and loved serving his Lord.  Mr. Earl loved being outdoors and gardening.  In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons: Steven Earl Johnson (Jennifer) and Kevin Shayne Johnson (Amy); three grandchildren: Kyle Johnson, Delaney Johnson, and Mason Johnson; one brother: Carl Johnson; and three sisters: Margie Johnson, Barbara Bell, and Mildred Martin.  A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, August 8, 2020, at Pleasant Union Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Larry Johnson officiating.
