Mrs. Elsie Margaret Pullie Walters, age 95, wife of the late Thurman Walters, passed away May 21, 2018 at Kingston Nursing Center surrounded by her loving family. Mrs. Walters was born November 2, 1922, a daughter of the late Willie and Sallie Cooke Pullie. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Aynor and was predeceased by one son, Bill Byrd, two brothers, James and Robert Pullie, and one sister, Evelyn Brumbles. Mrs. Walter is survived by three sons, Neil, Ralph, and Wayne Walters all of Aynor, three daughter, Sharon Grainger of Florence, Diane Prall of Seattle, Washington, Loretta Staples of Aynor, three brothers, George, Lester, and Larry Pullie all of Latta, three sisters, Lois Woodle of Latta, Leila Smith of Latta, Kay Williams of Spartanburg, eleven grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.

FUNERAL SERVICE

Funeral services for Mrs. Walters will be held 12:00 PM Friday May 25, 2018 at the First Baptist Church of Aynor with the Rev. Rusty Brown officiating.

BURIAL

Burial will follow at the Aynor Cemetery.

VISITATION

Visitation will be held prior to the service in the church fellowship hall from 11:00-11:45 AM.
