Mrs. Genevieve G. Jordan, age 80, went to be with her Lord and Savior on June 4, 2020 at Conway Medical Center.  Mrs. Jordan was the wife of Mr. James O'Dell Jordan and daughter of the late Robert and Elise Williams Grainger.  She was predeceased by one sister, Doris Graham and one brother, Norman E. Grainger.  Mrs. Genevieve was a devoted wife and loving mother to her children.  She was a member of Langston Baptist Church where she loved worshipping her Lord Jesus Christ.   In addition to her husband, Mrs. Jordan is survived by her children: Beverly Hardee, Michael Jordan (Sandra), Dana Berry (Randy) all of Conway, 7 Grandchildren, 11 Great-Grandchildren, and a brother Donavon Grainger of Green Sea.  Funeral Services for Mrs. Genevieve Jordan will be held at Langston Baptist Church, Saturday, June 6, 2020, at 11:00 AM with the Pastor Bruce Davenport and Dr. Randell Jones officiating.  The family will receive friends at the church prior to the service from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM.  Burial will follow at Westside Memorial Gardens in Conway, SC.  Memorials can be made in Mrs. Jordan's memory to Langston Baptist Church Building Fund, 763 SC-905 Conway SC, 29511.
