December 6, 1955 – January 16, 2024
Mr. Gregg Lee Campbell, age 68, of Aynor passed away peacefully at his residence Tuesday, January 16, 2024. Mr. Gregg was the husband of Brenda Campbell and son of the late Bobby and Sharon Lynch Campbell. In addition to his parents, Mr. Gregg is predeceased by a son in law, Joey Midgett and his brother, Randy Campbell. Mr. Campbell was a member of The International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Local 33, Bakery and Sales Drivers Union. He worked for Wonderbread for 36 years and retired from Frito Lay after 8 years of service. Mr. Gregg loved his Washington Redskins and NY Yankees, coaching his daughters in softball, and going to the beach. Surviving Mr. Gregg is the wife of the home, Brenda Campbell; five daughters: Michelle Walter, Shannon Campbell, Michele Rice, Stephanie Midgett, and Ashely Dent; twenty grandchildren: Dominic, Ryann, Jacob, Cole, Crew, Monroe, Lyon, Autumn, Kylieeanne, Brooks, Grayson, Ashton, Makenzie, Logan, Charlee, Sawyer, DJ, Little Dave, Marissa, and Callie; two great grandchildren: Aaliyah and Atreus; and two brothers: Bruce and Patrick Campbell. A memorial service for Mr. Gregg Campbell will be held 1 PM Friday, February 2, 2024 at New Life Church, Dome Building located at 9690 Shepherds Creek Place, La Plata, Maryland 20646. Visitation will take place from 12-1 at New Life Church.
