Mrs. Irene Johnson Jones, age 83 of Minnick Rd. passed away October 30, 2016 at McLeod Loris Hospital with her family by her side. Mrs. Irene was born February 1, 1933, a daughter of the late Sam Mace and Eula Madge Rabon Johnson. She was a member of Pleasant Union Baptist Church. Mrs. Irene was predeceased by four brothers, Windell Johnson, Fred Johnson, Edward Johnson, Carlisle Johnson, one sister in law, Eloise Johnson, and one brother in law, Richard Bell. She is survived by three brothers, Dayton Johnson (Bonnie) of Conway, Earl Johnson (Pat) of Aynor, Carl Johnson (Connie) of Aynor, three sisters, Barbara Bell of Loris, Mildred Martin (Wesley) of Aynor, Margie Johnson of Aynor, and three sister in laws, Sara Ward, Linda Johnson, and Donna Johnson.

VISITATION

Visitation will be held for Mrs. Irene Tuesday November 1, 2016 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Johnson Funeral Home of Aynor.

FUNERAL SERVICE

Funeral services will be held 3:00 PM Wednesday November 2, 2016 at Pleasant Union Baptist Church with the Rev. Dock Rabon officiating.

BURIAL

Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
