Ms. Jada Paige Carter, age 17, passed away Friday November 1, 2019 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.  Ms. Carter was born August 12, 2002, a daughter of Derick and Jaclyn Marie Carter.  She is predeceased by her paternal grandparents: Ernest Smith, and Glenda F. Smith.   Ms. Carter was a Senior attending The Academy for Technology and Academics where she was an "A" Honor Roll student in the nursing program in which she just received her nursing scholarship.  Ms. Carter enjoyed loafing around with her sister and grandmother, fishing, and always loved making others smile.  In addition to her parents, Ms. Carter is survived by one sister: Tessa Marie Carter; maternal grandparents: Peggy Louise Kuiee Farrington and Michael Lee Farrington; maternal great grandmother:  Margaret Kuiee; paternal grandfather: Benny A. Carter, and one uncle: Michael Lee Farrington Jr.   Funeral services for Ms. Carter will be held 2:00 PM Thursday, November 7, 2019 at Damascus Freewill Baptist Church with the Pastor Henry Ward officiating.  Burial will follow at Old Neck Cemetery in Britton's Neck, SC.  Visitation will be held after the service at Damascus Freewill Baptist Fellowship Hall.
