Mr. James Edward Grainger, age 81, passed away October 9, 2022, at his residence following an extended illness. Mr. Grainger was born July 27, 1941, a son of the late Edward M. and Julia Best Grainger. He was a Veteran of the United States Army. Mr. Grainger is survived by the mother of his children: Beverly Grainger; two sons: James Edward Grainger Jr. (Angela), Scott K. Grainger (Tamara); three daughters: Patricia Biddix (Fred), Jackie Grainger, and Pamela Gibson (Scott); two sisters: Marva Dean Meeks and Renee Grainger; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Per Mr. Grainger's request, all services are private.
