Mrs. Jane W. Kite Roy, age 81, wife of the late William D. Roy, passed away September 29, 2019 at Conway Medical Center.  Mrs. Roy was born October 2, 1937 a daughter of the late James T. and Wilhemena Kulow Wallace.  She was also predeceased by one son, Robert M. Kite and one great grandson, Justin A. Kite.  Mrs. Roy was a full time mother of seven children, who later in life enjoyed traveling.  She was an avid reader and loved watching the old black and white movies.  Mrs. Roy was a former Typist for National Geographic and was a member of the Holy Family Catholic Church in Hillcrest Heights, Maryland.  She is survived by four sons: James Edward Kite of Laurel, Maryland; Thomas F. Kite of Galivants Ferry, South Carolina; Stephen M. Kite of Smyrna, Delaware; Charles F. Kite of Smyrna, Delaware; two daughters: Mary Claire Herbert of Modesto, California; Eileen Kite Renteria of Dallas, Texas; eleven grandchildren: Eric J. Kite, Kristina N. Kite, T. Jason Kite, Craig A. Kite, Erin M. Kite, W. Auston Kite, Jill Herbert-Heiman, Lauren E. Renteria, Martin R. Renteria, Sabrina G. Renteria, Jacob W. Renteria and seven great grandchildren.  A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
