Joseph Daniel Richardson (Danny), age 65, passed away on October 9, 2016. Danny was the middle son of the late Arthur P. and Mary Kate Cox Richardson. Danny was a U.S. Navy veteran that proudly served his country. He was a graduate of Aynor High School, Class of 1968 and a 40-year Mason of the Graddy Lodge #257. Danny was a man of honor and integrity, with a heart full of love for his family, friends, and the Dog Bluff community. He loved tending to his cows, working in the garden, and playing golf with his friends and family. Survivors include: his wife, Mary Ann Bratcher Richardson; mother, Sarah Frances Richardson; son, Joey Richardson and wife, Elisa; daughter, Sarah Richardson King and husband, Kevin; granddaughters, Bailey and Mary Kate Richardson, Ella Frances and Anna Grace King; four brothers, Ted (Velma), Ecedra (Jeanie), Luke (Robyn), and Kim; one sister, Rolanda Boyd (Don Cantrell); one sister in law, Elise Gasque Richardson; and numerous nieces and nephews. Danny was predeceased by his oldest brother, Jimmy.

VISITATION

Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 PM Wednesday, October 12, 2016 at Johnson Funeral Home of Aynor.

FUNERAL SERVICE

Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Thursday, October 13, 2016 at Rehobeth Baptist Church.

BURIAL

Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
