Mrs. Joserria Lambert, age 86, of Aynor passed away Monday, July 8, 2024, at Grand Strand Medical Center.  Mrs. Lambert was the wife of the late Herman Lambert and the daughter of the late Woodrow Singleton and the late Ruth Singleton Bruton.  In addition to her husband and parents, she is predeceased by two brothers: Lavon Singleton and Johnny Singleton.  Mrs. Lambert was a member of Salem Baptist Church and enjoyed visiting with friends in the community.  She was the Queen Mother of The Carolina Jasmine Red Hat Club and was an excellent cook.  After retiring from Farm Bureau, she opened her own business, The Treasure Chest.  In her free time, she enjoyed knitting, gardening, sewing, traveling, and going to Gamecock football games.  Mrs. Lambert is survived by her two children: Maria Johnson (Mike) and Kevin Lambert (Cathy); three grandchildren: Nichole Griffin (Jamie), Chase Lambert (Kelley) and Victoria Lambert (Mark Jessup); six great grandchildren: Elloreigh Griffin, Thatcher Lambert, Rae Ellen Lambert, Anderson Lambert, Luke Lambert, and Rose Cay Lambert; and one brother: Russell Bruton.  The family will receive friends Wednesday, July 10, 2024, from 2:30 – 3:15 in the fellowship hall of Salem Baptist Church.  Funeral services will begin at 3:30 in Salem Baptist Church with Rev. Kevin Lambert, Dr. Randall Jones, Rev. Ken Herrington, and Rev. Randy Hilburn officiating.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  The family will then return to the fellowship hall for a time of refreshments and reflections.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Gideons International of Aynor PO Box 98 Aynor, SC 29511.
