Mrs. Kim Mulling, age 69 passed away at her residence on March 8, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Mrs. Kim was born on November 20, 1955, in Bakersville, North Carolina, a daughter of the late James and Iris Allen Ledford. She was a very strong Christan and loved the Lord. Mrs. Kim was member of Salem Baptist Church where she was very active in the church and was the choir secretary. After growing up in Bakersville, NC Mrs. Kim moved to Tampa, Florida where she met her husband of 18 years, Mr. Wayne Mulling. They then moved to New Orleans and after Mrs. Kim retired, they moved to Galivants Ferry, SC. Her real love and passion were her children and grandchildren. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Kim is survived one son: Tyler Thornton (Amy); one daughter: Shannon Jordan (Lawrence); three grandchildren: Marie Thornton, Kayne Thornton and Iris Jordan; one brother: Jimmy Ledford and one sister: Cindy Howe. Funeral service for Mrs. Kim will be held 12:00 PM Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at Salem Baptist Church with the Rev. Randy Hilburn officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 11:00-11:45 AM in the church sanctuary. Memorials can be made in Mrs. Kim's memory to Salem Baptist Church, 4008 Salem Road Aynor, SC 29511.
