Mr. L.D. Collins, age 79, husband of Mrs. Deborah Turner Collins passed away at Carolinas Hospital System May 11, 2017. Mr. Collins was born November 5, 1937 a son of the late Robert Lee and Lila Daisy Prevatte Collins. He was predeceased by one brother, Robert Tillman Collins, and two sisters, Fancy Mae Johnson and Winnie Lee Johnson. Mr. Collins enjoyed helping people, fishing, farming, and doing mechanic work. In addition to his wife, Mr. Collins is survived by one son, Chad Eric Collins, two daughters, Tracy Collins(Edward Robert), Jennifer Collins, three grandchildren, Brittni, Shane, and Layla Collins, one brother, Clarence Dale Collins, Betty Joyce Hodge, Donna Collins, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

GRAVESIDE SERVICE

A graveside service will be held 4:00 PM Monday May 15, 2017 at Gethsemane Freewill Baptist Church of the Pentecostal Faith Cemetery on Pee Dee Road with the Rev. Norris Powell officiating.
