Mrs. Marcia Diane Wyand, age 95, passed away at her residence on July 8, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. Mrs. Wyand was born March 23, 1931, a daughter of the late John Calvin and Mary Shade Potts. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Wyand was also predeceased by one sister: Yvonne Frankenberry. She was a member of Pisgah Methodist Church and loved reading books, crocheting, and playing cards, especially Rummy. Mrs. Wyand is survived by one daughter: Tana Lori Floyd (Barry); three grandchildren: Nicole McPherson (Eric), Michael Stewart, and Scott Richardson; five great-grandchildren: Shea McPherson, Derek McPherson, Lilah Stewart, Luke Stewart, and Camryn Richardson; and two brothers: John C. Potts and Martin Q. Potts. Funeral services for Mrs. Wyand will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, July 12, 2026, at Johnson Funeral Home. The family will visit with friends following the service on Sunday.
