Mrs. Margaret H. Rouse, age 82, wife of the late Henry Rouse of Aynor passed away August 14, 2017 at Conway Medical Center. Mrs. Rouse is survived by one son, Charles Harrelson (Diane) of Conway, a step son, Lawrence Harrelson Jr. of Williamsburg, Va., one step daughter, Shirley King of Mullins, one sister, Shirley Johnson of Fountain Inn, four grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Rouse was born in Dillon, SC, a daughter of the late Bonnie W. and Claudia Mae Brooks Cottingham. She retired from nursing in Dillon where she spent most of her life, and was predeceased by her first husband, Purley Harrelson, and two half-sisters, Belle Cooper and Irene Brooks. Mrs. Rouse was a member of Aynor United Methodist Church, where she was a member of the choir and the Koon Sunday School Class. Mrs. Rouse and late husband Mr. Henry, blessed many people by singing and playing the guitar. She will be greatly missed.

FUNERAL SERVICE

Funeral services will be held 3:00 PM Wednesday at Aynor United Methodist Church with the Rev. Joyce Murphy officiating.

BURIAL

Burial will follow at the Aynor Cemetery.

VISITATION

Visitation will be held prior to the service Wednesday from 2:00-2:45 in the church fellowship hall.
