Mrs. Margie J. Page, age 95 claimed her home in Heaven that Jesus prepared for her on Thursday December 7, 2017. She was the wife of the late Rev. Robert C. Page that she faithfully stood by throughout his ministry. Mrs. Page was born August 28, 1922 a daughter of the late John R. and Mamie Q. Horton Jones. She graduated from Winthrop College with a degree in Home Economics. Mrs. Page made Aynor her home when she moved here in 1943. She taught Home Economics, Chemistry, and Science at Aynor High School and was the oldest female member of Aynor United Methodist Church. She is survived by her two children, her son, John Robert Page (Cynthia) of Whiteville, NC, her daughter, Sylvia Page of Aynor, two grandchildren, Robert Page (Nicole Quinn) of Nashville, Tennessee, Sara Goff (Jeff) of Boston Massachusetts, and two great grandchildren, Julia Page and Jake Goff.
FUNERAL SERVICES
Funeral services for Mrs. Page will be held 2:30 PM Sunday December 10, 2017 at Aynor United Methodist Church with the Rev. Joyce Murphy officiating.
BURIAL
Burial will follow at Aynor Cemetery.
VISITATION
Visitation will be held prior to the service from 1:30-2:15 in the church sanctuary.
