Mrs. Mary S. Johnson, age 85, wife of the late Henry Leon Johnson passed away at her residence surrounded by her loving family. Mrs. Johnson was born October 22, 1931 a daughter of the late George Brite and Raleigh Jane Graham Shelley. Mrs. Johnson was predeceased by three brothers and three sisters. She was a member of Rehobeth United Methodist Church, Aynor Christian Single Fellowship Group, and a former volunteer at Loris Community Hospital. She enjoyed gardening, music, dancing and her family. Mrs. Johnson is survived by two sons, Lynn Johnson (Donna) and Shelley Johnson (Lynn) all of Galivants Ferry, one daughter, Phyllis Nye (David ) of Conway, six grandchildren, Brandi Lynn Todd (Von), Georgianna Paul (Josh) all of Galivants Ferry, Josh Johnson (Amanda) of Cameron, SC, Scooter Johnson (Alecia) of Galivants Ferry, Sherwood Nye (Holly) of James Island, Johnson Smith (Fred) of Galivants Ferry, eight great grandchildren, Elliott Todd, McCrea Todd, Corbin Johnson, Henry Johnson, Quents Johnson, Becca Johnson, Daisy Nye, and Raleigh Smith. Mrs. Johnson's family would like to thank her caregivers, Jane Martin, Judy McMakin, Bobbie Lou Best, and Agape Hospice for all that they have done.

FUNERAL SERVICE

Funeral services will be held 4:00 PM Sunday February 26, 2017 at Rehobeth United Methodist Church with the Rev. John Watts and Glen Elliott officiating.

BURIAL

Burial will be held at the church cemetery.

VISITATION

Visitation will follow in the church fellowship hall from 5:00-7:00 PM after the funeral.
