Mrs. Mozelle L. Taylor, age 86, passed away on September 3, 2026, at Loris Rehabilitation and Nursing Center with her family by her side. Mrs. Taylor was born on January 20, 1940, a daughter of the late John Noah Lee and Reba Lee Owens. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Taylor was also preceded in death by two brothers, Leon and Douglas Lee, and one sister, Barbara Coggins. Mrs. Taylor was a member of the Aynor Church of God, where she served her Lord in many capacities, including Sunday School Teacher for many years at church and during her stay at Loris Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. She was a former Supervisor at Anvil Knitwear and also loved teaching sewing, knitting, and crocheting to anyone who wanted to learn. She will be remembered as a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt. Mrs. Taylor is survived by two sons: Samuel “Mike” Taylor and Randy Taylor and his wife Alicia; one grandson: Chase Taylor; one brother: Chuck Lee; and one sister: Jo Weger. The family will visit with friends on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at the Aynor Church of God from 11:00-11:45 AM. Funeral services will follow at 12:00 PM, with the Rev. Michael Causey and Rev. David Lee officiating. Burial will take place in the church cemetery.
