Myrtle Hardwick R.'s Obituary

Mrs. Myrtle Rabon Hardwick, age 80 of Aynor, widow of the late William L. Hardwick, passed into eternal rest August 8, 2016. Mrs. Hardwick was born in Horry County, a daughter of the late George M. "Buck" Rabon and the late Jane J. Rabon. She was a member of Berea Baptist Church, and a retiree from Orangeburg County School District. She was predeceased by two brothers, Herbert and Wayne Rabon. Surviving are her four children, Stephen L. Hardwick (Jacquelyn G.) of Manning, Gregory R. Hardwick of Cross, Lynda S. Hardwick (James M. Yetman) of Charleston, Michael W. Hardwick (Kimberly L.) of Christiansburg, Virginia, two sisters, Helen Hood of Conway, Lillie Graham of Charleston, one brother, Worley Rabon of Conway, six grandchildren, two great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and her beloved canine companion of 15 years, Scarlett. The family would like to acknowledge Ms. Deannie Brooks for her compassionate loving care.

FUNERAL

Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday August 10, 2016 at Berea Baptist Church with the Rev. Johnny Jenerette officiating.

VISITATION

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 10:00-11:00 AM.

BURIAL

Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
