Mrs. Patsy L. Johnson, age 71, wife of Mr. Waylon Samuel Johnson, passed away July 14, 2018 at MUSC surrounded by her loving her family. Mrs. Johnson was born October 14, 1946 a daughter of the late Arnal Tracy and Rhoda Rabon Alford. Mrs. Johnson was a member of Gethesemane Baptist Church and was predeceased by two brothers, H.T. Alford and Russell Alford. She retired from Marion Nursing Center after many years of service. Mrs. Johnson was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and caretaker to all. She enjoyed sewing and cooking for others. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Johnson is survived by one son; Arnold Johnson (Stephanie) of Georgetown, one daughter; Sophia Johnson Chestnut (Tyson) of Conway, five grandchildren; Bryce Newton, Luke Johnson, Madison Johnson, Hunter Chestnut, Hanna Chestnut, and one great grandchild; Everly Hamill.

VISITATION

Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 PM Tuesday July 17, 2018 at Johnson Funeral Home.

FUNERAL SERVICE

Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday July 18, 2018 at Johnson Funeral Home with the Rev. Gordon Graham and Rev. Ken Herrington officiating.

BURIAL

Burial will follow at Rehobeth United Methodist Church Cemetery.
