Mr. Roscoe C. Parker, age 78, passed away September 3, 2020, at his residence surrounded by his loving family.  Mr. Parker was born January 18, 1942, a son of the late Joseph P. Parker and the late Ruth Carroll Parker.  He was predeceased by one granddaughter: Kyliee Parker; one brother: Joseph P. Parker; and two sisters: Alma Winters and Abby Daniels.  Mr. Parker was a loving husband, father, papa, and great papa.  He was a man who loved everyone.  Farming and mechanic work was his passion. He was the greatest of all.  Mr. Parker is survived by his wife: Mrs. Elizabeth Rabon Parker; two sons: Carl and Charles Parker; one daughter: Tabitha Seaman (Vinny); eight grandchildren: Josey Parker, Justin Parker, Jessie Brown, Ashley Parker, Sonni Holden, Mindy Edwards, Vincent Seaman, and Jacob Seaman; twelve grandchildren:  Landon Bunker, Bret Bunker, Nathan Collins, Walker Holden, William Edwards, Beverly Edwards, Christian Holden, Joley Parker, Case Parker, Allison Parker, Gracie Parker, and Carlie Parker; and one sister: Shirley King.  A graveside service will be held 4:00 PM Sunday, September 6, 2020 at Parker Family Cemetery located at 825 Parkers Road Galivants Ferry, SC 29544.  The family will visit with friends following the funeral service.
