Mr. Ryan Tyler, age 29, of Galivants Ferry, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, January 24, 2024 at his residence. Ryan was the son of Steven Tyler and the late Angelia Lisa Jordan Tyler.  In addition to his mother, Ryan is predeceased in death by his maternal grandfather: Donald G. Jordan.  He loved being outdoors: deer hunting, duck hunting, coon hunting, and racing boats. He loved playing the guitar and spending time with his family, especially Jarrett Tyler, Noah Jones and Jacob Black.  Surviving Ryan is his father: Steven Tyler (Valerie); maternal grandmother: Harriett Williamson Jordan; paternal grandparents: Ronald F. and Betty L. Tyler; his girlfriend: Heather Black; special cousin: Jarrett Tyler; aunts and uncles: Jason Jordan (Jennifer), Greg Tyler (Kimberly), Micah Hucks (Donette), Ernie Hucks (Cathy), Dale Cox (Tammy), Brian Richardson (Phyllis Richardson) and Jackie Tyler; and many other cousins and extended family that will miss him dearly. Visitation for Ryan will be held Saturday, January 27, 2024 at Berea Baptist Church at 10:00 AM.  Funeral services will follow at 11:00 AM with the Rev. Micah Hucks officiating.  Burial will take place in the church cemetery.
