Mrs. Sally "Granny" Smith, age 66, wife of the late Bobby Smith, passed away September 16, 2018 surrounded by her loving family. Mrs. Smith was born in Goldsboro, NC a daughter of the late James T. and Lettie Greene Johnson. She was predeceased by a sister, Janice Cordova. Mrs. Smith will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She is survived by one son: Eddie Glen Byrd (Holly) of Cameron, NC, one daughter: Shayla Rene' Cook (William) of Aynor, three brothers: Grover, James, and Donald Johnson, three sisters: Linnie Keene, Donna Fillers, Dorothy Radtke, ten grandchildren: C. Anthony Cook, Coty A. Cook, Christa M. Cook, William E. Cook, Lacie A. Cook, Haylee M. Byrd, E.J. Byrd, Jaiden Byrd, Tristen Cooke, Krystina Cooke, and seven great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held 3:00 PM Saturday September 29, 2018 at Johnson Funeral Home of Aynor.
