Mrs. Sandra Prevatte, age 83, passed away October 3, 2020 following an extended illness.  Mrs. Prevatte was born March 9, 1937 a daughter of the late William and Callie Richardson Murrow.  Mrs. Prevatte was a member of Bread of Life Tabernacle Church and enjoyed gardening and gospel music.  In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by three brothers: Willie, Rufus, and Michale Murrow.  Mrs. Prevatte is survived by one daughter:  Thelma Peavy; three sons: Paul Owens (Glenda), Earl Murrow (Melissa), Rickey Prevatte (Wanda); one brother: Donald Murrow; one sister:  Carol Ann Holden; and seven grandchildren.  Graveside services will be held 11:00 AM Monday, October 5, 2020 at Galivants Ferry Baptist Church with the Rev. Michael Hucks and Rev. Gordon Graham officiating. Please remember to follow all social distancing and CDC guidelines.
