Mr. Thomas W. Huggins, age 79, husband of Mrs. Edith Faye Prince Huggins, passed away March 24, 2023, at Grand Strand Medical Center. Mr. Huggins was born May 17, 1943, a son of the late Malcolm and Tronnie Edwards Huggins. In addition to his parents, Mr. Huggins was also predeceased by one sister: Carnell Walters. He enjoyed going to auctions and worked hard to provide for his wife and family that he loved dearly. In addition to his wife of the home, Mr. Huggins is survived by one son: Derrick Huggins (Joe Kemp); one daughter: Brenda Faye Huggins Hayes; two grandchildren: Abby and Joseph Birch; one great grandchild: Jameson Wilson; four brothers: Ned Huggins, Terry Dean Huggins, Rocky Dave Huggins and Robert Malcolm Huggins and seven sisters: Elizabeth Cannon, Edna Earle Shelley, Jewell Russ, Mary Ann Huggins, Doris Hayes, Dale Goff and Gloria Jan Gasque, and many nieces, nephews and extended family. The family will receive friends Tuesday, March 28, 2023, at Johnson Funeral Home from 6:00-8:00 PM. A graveside service will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday, March 29, 2023, at Aynor Cemetery with the Rev. Timothy Julian officiating.
