Velma Little, age 91, passed away peacefully on July 15, 2019.  Ms. Little was the daughter of the late Henry Thompkins and the late Melisa Lula Reynolds Thompkins.  She was a member of Rehobeth Baptist Church in Galivants Ferry.  Ms. Little was pre-deceased by her first husband: John Hezekiah Reynolds Jr.; her second husband: Bobby Everette Lewis; a daughter: Peggy Martin; three brothers:  Marvin Thompkins (Elnita), James Thompkins, and Bill Thompkins (Marie); and four sisters:  Addie Rabon (Marvin), Bertha Lupo (Olin), Gladys Hucks (Robert),  and Natha Lee Brackins (E.C.).  Surviving are one son:  Robert Lewis (Sylvia) of Aynor; a daughter:  Sara Roberts (Jennings) of Galivants Ferry; a brother: Wayne Thompkins (Linda)of Galivants Ferry; four grandchildren:  Dean Roberts (Melissa), Jennifer Brown (Dayton), Marty Martin and Sylvia Lillquist (Mike); five great-grandchildren:  Chelsea Roberts, MacKenzie Roberts, Hallie Brown, Ryan Lillquist, and Zachery Lillquist; two special nieces: Lenora Lupo, Josphine Thompkins; her sister roommate: Ella Hunley; and many other special family and friends.

FUNERAL SERVICE

Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM Thursday July 18, 2019 at Rehobeth Baptist Church with Rev. Larry Johnson and Rev. Lyndsay Brown officiating.

BURIAL

Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

VISITATION

The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 PM Wednesday July 17, 2019 at Johnson Funeral Home.
