Mrs. Vergie O. Stephens, age 80, wife of the late Harvey J. Stephens, passed away November 29, 2020 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.  Mrs. Stephens was born August 8, 1940 a daughter of the late Hershall and Ida Bell Scoggins Bradshaw.  In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. Stephens was predeceased by one daughter: Vell Marie Stephens; one grandson: Levi Newburn; and one great granddaughter: Everlee Newburn.  She was a member of Victory Baptist Church.  Mrs. Stephens is survived by two daughters:  Peggy Stephens (Tim) of Conway; Judy Stephens Thomas (David) of Colbert, Georgia; three grandchildren: Christopher Ford; Ray Newburn; and Chelsea Ford; seven great grandchildren:  Riley Buffington; Nick Newburn; Elisha Newburn; McKenna Newburn; Hazel Newburn; Jayden Ford; Bren Ford; two brothers: Raymond Bradshaw; Wesley Bradshaw; and one sister:  Elouise Miller.  No local services are planned at this time.
