Mr. Walker "Buddy" Jenkins, age 67, passed away at his residence January 14, 2021.  Mr. Buddy was the son of the late William Flem and Virginia Baxely Jenkins.  In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by three brothers: Bill Jenkins, BC Jenkins, and Joe Byrd Jenkins; three sisters: Winnie Norris, Dorothy Jenkins, and Prudie Brown.  He is a member of Pisgah United Methodist Church and a graduate of Aynor High School.  Buddy loved his family dearly and had many super friends in his life.  He could build anything he put his mind to and enjoyed hunting and fishing in his spare time.  Surviving Mr. Walker are two children: his son Shan Jenkins (Blenda) and daughter, Summer Jenkins; five grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and five sisters: Dolly Martin, Nadine Brown, Mary Mudd, Gail Grainger, and Norma Graham.  A church lead memorial service will be held 3:00 PM Sunday, January 17, 2021, at Antioch Baptist Church with the Rev. Dean Conner officiating.  Visitation will be held following the service at the home of Mrs. Gail Grainger, 2683 Bud Graham Road, Galivants Ferry, SC 29544.  Please remember to wear a mask when attending the service and follow all CDC guidelines to ensure the safety of others.
