Mr. Wesley P. Martin, age 66 of Aynor passed away May 20, 2023, at his home. Mr. Martin was born May 4, 1957, a son of the late Issac Martin and Colleen West Medeiros. In addition to his parents, Mr. Martin was also predeceased by one brother: Charles Martin. Mr. Wesley loved racing, riding horses, collecting cars and motorcycles. He was a gifted man that loved spending time with his family and friends. Mr. Wesley is survived by his wife: Mrs. Kathy Martin of the home; two daughters: Devan Shelley (Clint) and Brittany Martin (Earl Ward); two granddaughters: Claire Shelley and Paisley Martin; his step-father: Rick Medeiros; and two sisters: Karen Johnson and Mellissa Harrelson. Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 PM Tuesday, May 23, 2023, at Johnson Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, May 24, 2023, at Berea Baptist Church with the Rev. Ragsdale Allsbrook and Rev. Larry Johnson officiating. Burial will follow at Pleasant Union Baptist Church Cemetery.
