Mr. William Wayne Dawsey, age 65 of Dawsey road passed away May 28, 2016 at Loris Rehab and Nursing Center with his family by his side. Mr. Dawsey was born April 10, 1951 a son of the late William Barney and Essie Mae Charles Dawsey. Mr. Dawsey was a United States Army Veteran and was a member of Aynor United Methodist Church. He loved spending time family, especially his grandchildren. Mr. Dawsey is survived by one son, Heath Dawsey and his wife Tonya Barnhill Dawsey of Galivants Ferry, two brothers, Carlisle Dawsey of Conway, Franklin Dawsey of New Castle, Colorado, and his twin sister, Jayne Dawsey Simpkins and her husband Dr. Darrell Simpkins of Pinehurst, NC, three grandsons, Joseph, Hayden, and Camden Dawsey, and one granddaughter, Jenna Henderson. A graveside service will be held 11:00 AM Monday May 30, 2016 at Aynor Cemetery with the Rev. Joyce Murphy officiating.
