Galivants Ferry, SC…William "Gene" Eugene Perritt, age 81, passed away Saturday, December 15, 2018 at his residence.

Mr. Perritt was born in Horry County a son of the late Liston and Ruby Barnhill Perritt.  He attended Aynor Church of God, was a loving husband, father, and a outstanding papa and a friend to all.  Mr. Perritt was an avid fisherman and hunter

Surviving are his wife: Kathleen Perritt of Galivants Ferry; two daughters: Ginnie Hucks(Sammy) of Galivants Ferry and Karen Perritt of Loris;  sister: Brenda L. Herring of Galivants Ferry;  two grandchildren: Samuel Hucks and Jennifer Elvis (Bryson);  two great-grandchildren: Kallie Grace Worley and Krew Huxton Elvis.

Funeral Services will be held 3:00 PM Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at Aynor Church of God.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery, directed by Johnson Funeral Home of Aynor.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm till 8:00 pm Monday at the funeral home.
