H. Sidney Baxley

Mr. H. Sidney Baxley age 68, passed away June 15, 2019 at Conway Medical Center surrounded by his loving family.  Mr. Baxley was born August 25, 1950 a son of Mrs. Majorie Brooks Baxley and the late Hubert E. Baxley.  Mr. Baxley was a hard working loving husband, father, grandfather and provider.  He was a member of High Point Baptist Church where he was a former Deacon and former Sunday School Superintendent.  Mr. Baxley was currently employed with FBi Construction where he had been privileged to work by his son’s side for many years.  One of his greatest delights in his life was spending time with his two grandsons whom he loved dearly.  He also enjoyed gardening and working on his many projects with his special brother in law, Tommy Jordan.  He was predeceased by one sister, Jackie B. Singleton.  In addition to his mother, Mr. Baxley is survived by his wife of 49 years, Mrs. Huberlene Fields Baxley, one son B. Kirby Baxley (Holly Long), two grandsons, Kyle and Hunter Wes Baxley, two sisters, Sharon Jernigan (Larry), Wanda B. Jordan (James Thomas “Tommy”), all of Conway.

FUNERAL SERVICE

Funeral services will be held 4:00 PM Tuesday June 18, 2019 at High Point Baptist Church with the Rev. Mack Hutson officiating. 

BURIAL

Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

VISITATION

  Visitation will be held prior to the service in the church sanctuary from 2:30-3:45 PM.
